Design and monitoring of a distributed polymer injection program that achieved 23% of field oil production within 2 years. Modular expansion from 4 to 80 injectors using a fast sweet-spot strategy. Results published at SPE IOR Conference 2022–2023.
Demonstrated that high polymer viscosity accelerates and increases oil response, successfully driving the transition to tertiary recovery. A 4-injector pilot that expanded to 80 new injectors over 6 years adopting a modular concept. Published at IPTC 2020 and IOR Conference 2021.
Design and execution of Single Well Tracer Tests (SWCTT) and conceptual SP flooding pilots in a high-temperature/high-salinity formation, defining a de-risking strategy for chemical EOR under extreme reservoir conditions.
